Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Consolidations Analyst who thrives in a multi-entity environment and enjoys deep financial and operational analysis. You'll drive key pieces of the consolidated month-end close, support ASC 606 revenue recognition for our SaaS offerings, and deliver clear insights across the P&L-especially around COGS and SG&A. If you enjoy problem-solving, connecting data across teams, and improving processes, this role will give you a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multi-entity consolidated month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across domestic and international subsidiaries.

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including key supporting schedules.

  • Partner with revenue accounting to ensure compliant ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription and usage-based SaaS models.

  • Review and validate intercompany transactions, eliminations, and foreign currency translation adjustments.

  • Prepare and review consolidation-level journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.

  • Perform deep COGS and SG&A analyses, including cost allocations, operating expense trends, and cross-entity comparisons.

  • Analyze consolidated P&L fluctuations, margin changes, operating cost drivers, and month-over-month/quarter-over-quarter variances.

  • Conduct intercompany and entity-level variance analysis to identify errors, abnormal trends, or inconsistencies ahead of final reporting.

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards with FP&A (ARR, churn, deferred revenue, gross margin metrics, and operating expense trends).

  • Support audit activities with consolidated schedules, explanations, and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.

  • Identify and support process improvements, standardization, and automation across consolidation workflows.

  • Partner closely with FP&A, revenue, COGS owners, and department leaders to ensure consistent data and high-quality financial insights.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in consolidations, SaaS, or a mix of public accounting and industry.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and multi-entity consolidation concepts.

  • Experience analyzing COGS and SG&A in a SaaS or tech environment, including margin and operating cost impacts.

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with consolidation/ERP systems (Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP BPC, OneStream, etc.).

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience performing financial, operational, and variance analyses.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective communicator who can clearly explain complex data to stakeholders across the business.
